Farmingdale, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State men's golf team won the Old Westbury Invitational at Southward Ho Country Club after posting a team total of 317. The Rams finished 27 strokes ahead of runner-up Suffolk Community College.
Junior Adam Larkin (Bellmore, N.Y.) earned medalist honors after shooting a 4-over par 75 for Farmingdale State. Freshman Will Ruth (Holbrook, N.Y.) shot a 79 and finished in second place, while freshman Chris Brosi (81) (Stony Brook, N.Y.) tied for third place individually.
The Rams next will travel to Hiland Park Country Club in Queensbury, N.Y. for the Palamountain Invitational hosted by Skidmore College on Saturday, April 20th and Sunday April 21st.
