Mamaroneck, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State men's golf team finished in 10th place out of 13 teams at the NYU/Manhattanville Spring Invitational held at Hampshire Country Club. The Rams shot rounds of 325 and 320 for a two-day team total of 645.

Farmingdale State was led by sophomore Adam Larkin (Bellmore, N.Y.) who carded rounds of 81 and 76 for a two-day total of 157 and a T11 finish. Freshman Matt Pollock (Northport, N.Y.) shot a team-low 77 in round one before posting a final round of 85, while sophomores Rich Kelly (Oceanside, N.Y.) and John Michael Haining (Hauppauge, N.Y.) each had two-day totals of 163.

Skidmore captured the team championship with a total of 621 and Middlebury finished in second place, three strokes behind Skidmore.

Rochester's Nick Palladino earned medalist honors after shooting two rounds of 74.

The Rams next will compete at the Skidmore College Palamountain Invitational at the Saratoga Spa State Park Course on Saturday, April 21st and Sunday, April 22nd.
