Saratoga Springs, N.Y. - The Farmingdale State men's golf team placed fourth out of seven teams at the 25th Annual Palamountain Invitational hosted by Skidmore College. The Rams shot a team total of 312 on day one; however, rain and snow showers canceled the second round on Saturday.

Junior Chris Arnold (Hauppauge, N.Y.) finished in a tie for fifth place individually after shooting a team-low three-over par 75 for Farmingdale State. Freshman Adam Larkin (T10th) (Bellmore, N.Y.), finished one stroke behind Arnold with a four-over 76. Freshman Rich Kelly (Oceanside, N.Y.) carded a 79 for the Rams.

Host school Skidmore College captured the team championship with a 295. NYU earned runner up honors as they finished seven strokes behind Skidmore.

Skidmore's Joe Flowers was the tournament medalist after shooting an even par 72.
