Livolsi and Rams Lead after Round One of Conference Championship
Eisenhower Park - Red Course - Par 72 - 6,900 Yards
East Meadow, N.Y. - Senior Matt Livolsi shot an
even par 72 in the opening round of the Skyline Conference Golf
Championship this afternoon, at Eisenhower Park - Red Course in
East Meadow, N.Y. Livolsi, the defending Skyline Conference
Champion, recorded birdies on the 15th, 16th and 17th holes, en
route to a two-shot day one lead. Masanao Maruyama (77),
Chris Arnold (78) and Jim McLaughin (79) posted solid rounds,
leading Farmingdale State to a 14-shot lead.
St. Joseph's Matt Ranum is in second place individually after shooting a two-over par 74 and Chris Manzello is in third with a 76. St. Joe's finished with a team score of 320, putting them in second place behind Farmingdale.
The final will be played Sunday, October 25th with the first tee-time at 11:30am. The rain date is Monday, October 26th.
