Nassau CC Captures Quad-Match, St. Joseph’s Manzello Medalist
Two-time defending junior college National Champion Nassau
Community College took first place in today’s quad-match
hosted by Farmingdale State at Bethpage State Park’s Blue
Course. Nassau’s Dan Carr and Billy Davis led the Lions, each
posting a three-over par 75, while Rob Pepi (76) and Jim Mclaughlin
(78) had solid rounds for the victors.
St Joseph’s Chris Manzello was the medalist, shooting a
one-over par 73. Hofstra’s Sean Davy and Farmingdale
State’s Matt Livolsi tied for second place individually, each
posting a two-over par 74. Farmingdale’s Chris Arnold shot a
career low 79 for the Rams.
The Rams next will host St. Joseph’s College on Friday,
September 26th in a dual match at Bethpage State Park Red Course.
