Koprowski, Santiago low rounds of 74 give Farmingdale State team lead after Day 1 of Farmingdale State Golf Invitational

Bethpage, NY - Seniors Tom Koprowski (Hauppauge, NY/St. Thomas More) and Patric Santiago (Baldwin, NY/Baldwin) both shot a match low 74 putting Farmingdale State in first place after Day 1 of the Farmingdale State Golf Invitational. Junior Ryan Williams (Woodbury, NY/Clarke) posted a 77 for the Rams as Farmingdale holds a 10 shot lead over Division II Dowling College heading into the final round on Day 2 of the 6-team tournament. St. Joseph's Kevin Jackson and Nassau Community Colleges Oliver Hudesman finished in second place each shooting 76. Koprowski and Santiago will tee off in the final group on Friday (April 21, 2006) at 11:12am.
