Division II Dowling College posted a team score of 304 to take a commanding lead after day one of the Farmingdale State Invitational. Farmingdale State and Nassau CC are tied for second with a team score of 325. Suffolk Community College's Craig Wiley shot a low round of 74. Farmingdale's Tom Koprowski and Dowling's Joe Ingoglia trail Wiley by one shot after each posted a score of 75. The second and final round will be completed today, once again being played on Bethpage State Park's Red Course.
