Greensboro, N.C. - The 2021 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division III All-Region teams and Regional Players of the Year have been announced in all eight regions. The teams are voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the process is led by the ABCA NCAA Division III All-America Committee.
Farmingdale State junior starting pitcher Stephen Clancy (Mineola, N.Y.) was named Third Team ABCA/Rawlings All-New York Region.
Clancy appeared in eight games this season, with six starts, and led the Rams with a 1.78 earned run average. He also led the team in wins (3), strikeouts (39) and opponents' batting average (.208) and was second for innings pitched (35.1). In the Skyline, he ranked first for fewest losses (1), second in strikeouts, fourth for ERA, fifth in innings pitched and opponents' batting average and seventh for wins. Clancy ranked 34th in the Nation for earned run average.
