Danbury, Conn. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced its 2019 Division III Baseball Awards and All-ECAC selections and Farmingdale State junior right fielder Vincent Rice (Massapequa Park, N.Y.) has been named Second Team All-ECAC.
Rice led FSC in batting average (.394), at-bats (127), runs (35), hits (50), doubles (11), triples (5), homeruns (5), total bases (86), slugging percentage (.677), on-base percentage (.487), walks (17) and stolen bases (16-of-18) this season. Rice was the Skyline-leader for slugging percentage and ranked second in on-base percentage, triples and homeruns, and was third for runs scored and batting average. He finished 44th in the Nation for slugging percentage.
