NEW YORK | The Skyline Conference published its weekly release Tuesday morning, with one Farmingdale State College student-athlete collecting weekly praise.

Men's Basketball (13-6, 8-2 Skyline) | Skyline Report

The Rams are in sole possession of first place atop the Skyline's South Division following road victories on Thursday night at Mount Saint Mary (77-72) and Saturday against Sarah Lawrence (74-49).

Senior co-captain Corey Powell (Valley Stream, N.Y.) was named to the conference's weekly honor roll after averaging 16.5 points per contest, including a career-best 23 at Sarah Lawrence.

Head coach Brendan Twomey's FSC squad plays host to Purchase on Tuesday night at 8 p.m., before traveling to St. Joseph's-Long Island for a 1 p.m. tip on Saturday.

Women's Basketball (4-14, 3-10 Skyline) | Skyline Report

Farmingdale State took on two of the top three teams in the Skyline standings last week, suffering setbacks on the road Wednesday at USMMA and at home Saturday versus Manhattanville.

Head coach Mark Dellecave's Rams will play host to Skyline-leading and defending champion Mount Saint Mary, Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.

Head coach Daniela Georgieva's FSC teams are back in action Friday, when they travel to the famous New Balance Track & Field Center at the Armory in Manhattan for the NYU Division III Invitational.
