Farmingdale, N.Y. - "All Student Athletes are required to be vaccinated to participate in any team activities, practices, or games for the Fall 2021 semester. Students must provide proof of vaccination before participating. Those students who have received their first shot and are awaiting their second immunization will be granted a temporary waiver."
