Farmingdale State Athletics

Ryan Williams was named Assistant Athletic Director and Sports Information Director at Farmingdale State College in October 2018. He has been an Assistant Golf Coach since 2006 and was promoted to Head Coach in November 2021. Ryan was the Assistant Sports Information Director since 2008. He was a member of the Men's Golf team for a year and a half and joined the coaching staff after graduation.

Ryan is directly responsible for the athletics website, media relations, statistics, weekly reporting to the NCAA and Skyline Conference, and event management, while assisting with staffing, compliance and scheduling. In addition, he is in charge of sponsorships for the athletic department.

In his senior year at FSC, Williams was named First Team All-Skyline, leading the team to a Conference Championship and a first-ever appearance in the Division III National Tournament. He had held the school record for low round after shooting a 70 in his first match with the team at St. George's Country Club. For his academics, Ryan was twice named a Chancellor's Scholar-Athlete award winner during both his years at FSC.

Williams graduated from FSC in December 2007 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and received his Master's Degree in Sport Management from SUNY Cortland in 2018.
