Rams Will Face #20 Brandeis in First Round of NCAA Tournament

Indianapolis, Ind. - The NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Committee announced today the field of 64 teams that will compete in the 2021 NCAA Division III Women's Soccer Championship.

Farmingdale State will travel to Massachusetts Institute of Technology for their First Round game against #20 Brandeis on Saturday, November 13th at 1:30 p.m. The other First Round game features host school #8 MIT and Maine Maritime which will begin at 11:00 a.m. The winners will square off in the Second Round on Sunday. The First and Second round games will be held on the campus of MIT.

The Rams (15-7) clinched their spot in the NCAA's by winning the Skyline Conference for the 13th time in the last 14 years. Farmingdale State earned a 2-0 victory over Mount Saint Mary in the Championship game to claim the conference's automatic bid.

#20 Brandeis (11-4-2) earned an at-large bid into the NCAA's. The Judges are ranked second in their region and enter the Tournament riding a five-game winning streak.

#8 MIT (19-1-1) defeated Springfield 6-0 in the NEWMAC Championship game and earned the conference's automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament.

Maine Maritime (11-6) punched their ticket as they received an automatic bid into the NCAA's with a 2-0 victory over Cazenovia in the North Atlantic Conference Championship game.
