Note: All Faculty/Staff/Students must present valid Farmingdale I.D. Cards to use our facilities.

Weight Room Hours 

SUMMER 2023

Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Saturday: CLOSED

Sunday: CLOSED

JOIN FITNESS CENTER

The Weight Room is open to all Faculty, Staff and Students of Farmingdale State who purchase a membership. The fee is $50 per semester or $100 per calendar year.

*No Community or Alumni memberships are available, this is to keep from overcrowding our facility.

*Keep in mind, hours are SUBJECT TO CHANGE DAILY WITHOUT NOTICE according to team practices, games and classes utilizing the space.
