Farmingdale, N.Y. - FSC freshman forward Miranda Ozimek (Centerport, N.Y.) has been nominated for the D3 Women's Soccer HERO of the Week award, an award from HERO Sports that recognizes the best individual performances of the week for NCAA sports.
Ozimek tallied three goals and scored game-winning goals in both of the Rams' Skyline wins last week against Mount Saint Vincent and Old Westbury.
This award is determined by fan votes and the poll closes this Friday, October 6th, at 3:00 p.m. EST. Votes may be cast once per hour until the deadline and the winners will be announced Friday afternoon on the HERO Sports Twitter (@HEROSportsSOC) and on their website. Ozimek is one of 10 student-athletes that have been nominated for this week's D3 Women's Soccer award.
