Skyline Releases Women's Soccer Report #7
- Golden Named Rookie of the Week, Estelle Named to Honor Roll -
Clifton Park, N.Y. - The Skyline Conference released the
seventh women's soccer report for the 2010 season on Monday
afternoon, including Player of the Week, Rookie of the Week, Honor
Roll and Conference statistics.
Freshman forward Sarah Golden (Greenport, N.Y./Greenport) was named the Skyline Rookie of the Week after recording six points on a goal and four assists in a 2-1 week for the Rams. Golden, who is currently tied for third in the conference with eight assists, had two assists in Farmingdale State’s 3-0 Skyline victory over Sage. She also contributed a goal and two assists in the Rams’ win over Polytechnic Institute of NYU.
Sophomore forward Kasey Estelle (West Islip, N.Y./West Islip) was named to the Player of the Week Honor Roll. Kasey had two goals and an assist in three games, including the game-winning goal in the Rams 3-0 win over Sage.
