Skyline Releases Women's Soccer Report #1
- Sarah Golden named Rookie of the Week -
Clifton Park, N.Y. - The Skyline Conference released the
first Women's Soccer report for the 2010 season this afternoon,
including Player of the Week, Rookie of the Week, Honor Roll and
Conference statistics.
Freshman midfielder Sarah Golden (Greenport, N.Y./Greenport) was named Skyline Conference Rookie of the Week for women's soccer. Golden had an impressive debut for the Rams, finishing with four goals and two assists (10 points) as the team opened 3-0. Golden had a goal and an assist in the Rams' season-opening win over King's (Pa.). She then recorded her first career hat trick, finishing with three goals and an assist in Farmingdale's 5-0 win over New England College.
