Westfield, Mass. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships concluded on Thursday, May 18 at the Jerry Gravel Track on the campus of Westfield State University.
Farmingdale State College took home the men's team championship, while Misericordia University took home the team title on the women's side. Farmingdale State senior Jovanni Parkinson (Wyandanch, N.Y.) was named the Men's Most Outstanding Performer (MOP) and Oneisha Clarke of Misericordia collected the same award for the women.
Parkinson won the 200m, 400m and ran the anchor leg of the 1st place 4x400m Relay, as he led the Rams to a team score of 85 points and their first-ever ECAC Championship in program history. FSC scored in every event entered.

- Long Jump - Wendell Brand Jr., 4th place, 6.80m (22' 3.75"), Personal best
- Triple Jump - Wendell Brand Jr., 5th place, 13.97m (45' 10"), Moved to #6 on All-Time list
- 200m - Philip Sellitto, 6th place, 22.13, Personal best
- 100m - Chad George, 7th place, 10.77 Trials, 10.93 Finals; Moved to #7 on All-Time list
The men's team now awaits word of a trip to the National Championships at Mount Union College in Geneva, Ohio on May 25-27.

Jessie Moore from Brandeis takes the gold in the heptathlon after first-place finishes in four out of seven events. Jack Allan, also from Brandeis, won the gold in the decathlon with first-place finishes in eight out of 10 events.
In the field events, Alexander Niemiec of Springfield College finished first in the men's high jump clearing 2.04m. Jacob Clements from Westfield State University came in second with a 1.99m finish and Olutobi Olugbenga of Misericordia cleared 1.99.
On the women's side, Reilly Wagner of Misericordia took the gold with a 1.72m jump. Casie Cronk of Moravian College cleared 1.64 for silver while teammate Melissa Cheong took bronze jumping 1.59m.
The women's long jump saw MOP Oniesha Clarke of Misericordia leapt 5.57m to finish first. Iesha Altidor from Manhattanville College clear 5.53m for second and Alyssa Ward of Franklin & Marshall College came in third (5.22m).
The men's side saw Babouca Salah-Mohammed of Bethany College jump 6.99m to take home the gold. Dereck Stone of Westfield jumped 6.92m to place second and Jared Hannon from Keene State University finished third with a jump of 6.85m.
In the men's shotput, first place went to Mitch Obenrader of Penn State-Behrend who threw for 17.61m. Frostburg State's John Lowery came in second (16.85m) and Edward Dennerlein from Rutgers-Newark rounded out third (14.99m).
On the women's side, Emmani Robinson from Colby-Sawyer claimed the gold with a 13.64m toss. Maggie O'Neil from Swarthmore College took silver with a distance of 13.46m and Danika Ani from Stevenson University received bronze with a 13.05m throw.
Trista Cunningham from Moravian took first in the women's discus with a 38.51m throw. Kate Cowden of Regis College (Mass.) placed second (38.50m) and Danika Ani from Stevenson took third (38.25m).
Mitch Obenrader from PSU-Behrend placed first in the men's discus, throwing for 48.77 meters. Second place went to Cameron Yon of Penn St. Harrisburg (48.07m) and Stephen Schmidt from Farmingdale rounded out the podium (42.89m).
Brandan Moretton from Saint Vincent College finished first on the men's side in the 1500-meter run with a time of 3:57.78 while Kelly Winklbauer from Stevenson took first on the women's side finishing in 4:56.43.
In the men's 110m hurdles, Jalil Clayton from Penn State Harrisburg finished first in 14.79. John Spirk from Moravian came in second with a time of 14.93 and Brent Kane from Westfield finished third in 15.63.
The women's 100m hurdles saw Sabrina Pray from Westfield cross the line in 14.58 to claim the gold while Reilly Wagner from Misericordia took silver (15.37) and Amari Schooler from Moravian brought home the bronze (15.50).
In the women's 400m dash, Union College's Noemie Bechu took first place with a time of 55.39. Mary Fairchild of Misericordia placed second (57.05) and Cassie Gibbons from City College of New York placed third (57.28).
On the men's side, Jovanni Parkinson from Farmingdale crossed the line with a time of 48.42 to claim the gold. Kyle Jones of Plattsburgh State took silver with a 49.06 finish and Esteafan Jack of Westfield took the bronze (49.20).
Penn St.-Behrend claimed the gold for the 4x800 relay with the team crossing the line in 9:35.17. Union's men's squad broke the tape with a 7:54.24 finish.
